GEIA HOCl tablets jar with 3.3g and 6.5g tablets
WATCH

HOCl tablets, in action.

How a pre-measured, EPA-registered tablet becomes ready-to-use hypochlorous for your GEIA system.

The active ingredient in every GEIA tablet is the same molecule the human immune system makes — hypochlorous acid (HOCl). pH neutral. Non-toxic. Up to 80x more powerful than bleach.
CAPABILITIES

EPA-Registered, Pre-Measured, Shelf-Stable.

Each tablet dissolves in a measured volume of water to produce a 294 PPM hypochlorous working solution — ready to load into any GEIA dry misting system.

💊

Pre-Measured

No mixing math, no calibration drift. One tablet per labeled water volume produces a consistent 294 PPM every time.

FAQ — HOCl Tablets

Both produce the same 294 PPM working solution and both are EPA-registered. 3.3g Tablets is a smaller 3.3 g tablet (1 per gallon) — convenient for per-room mixes. 6.5g Tablets is a larger 6.55 g tablet (1 per 2 gallons) — efficient for larger batch volumes. Use whichever fits your mixing workflow.

294 PPM is the labeled working concentration that meets EPA-registered hospital-grade efficacy criteria for the tablets. It is also safely under the 300 PPM ceiling that GEIA dry misting equipment is designed to handle. Never exceed 300 PPM in any GEIA system.

Mixed solution stays effective for approximately 24 hours in a covered bottle or bucket. Discard and re-mix after that window for full efficacy. Per the September 2025 cut sheet, label-claim efficacy is verified for 24 hours from mix time.

Yes. Pre-cleaning is required per EPA label for surface disinfection claims. Hypochlorous is exceptionally effective at addressing pathogens, but heavy organic soil reduces effectiveness. Standard cleaning protocols stay in place; GEIA dry misting is an additional layer.

Kill claims belong to the EPA-registered tablet labels, not to GEIA equipment. Reference the tablet's EPA Registration Number and master label for the specific pathogens, contact times, and use sites approved. If you need help building claim-appropriate communications, your GEIA distributor can provide compliance-approved sales collateral from the distributor portal.

Tablets are sold through GEIA distributors and direct via GEIA Solutions for non-distributor customers. Request a quote or find a distributor.
