FOR PROSPECTIVE DISTRIBUTORS

Add a Real Environmental-Treatment Line to Your Catalog.

GEIA goes to market through distributors who already have customer relationships in their territory. If you're a janitorial supply house, biosecurity specialist, agricultural supplier, or contract cleaner looking to add a differentiated equipment line — let's talk.

WHY ADD GEIA

A Differentiated Equipment Line With Built-In Recurring Revenue.

Most equipment lines you carry are one-time sales. GEIA is different. The equipment opens the door — but the recurring chemistry pull-through (HOCl tablets, RTU solution, generator consumables), the descaler cadence, the AYRUS coin replacements, and the install/service follow-through turn every customer into a multi-year revenue stream.

And the equipment itself is positioned in a category your competitors aren't carrying — environmental treatment, not just wipe-down sanitation. That changes the conversation with facility buyers from "how does your price compare" to "what does your program deliver."

THE PARTNERSHIP

What GEIA Brings. What You Bring.

What GEIA Brings

  • The full equipment line — AYRUS, LUVIAN, ROGE, plus tablets, accessories, and consumables
  • Protocol training for your team — half-day on-site, plus ongoing distributor education
  • Marketing assets — industry-specific one-pagers, case sheets, demo scripts, customer-facing brochures
  • Sales support — direct line to GEIA reps for joint customer calls and technical questions
  • Manufacturer rep network coordination — joint coverage where geographies overlap
  • Distributor Portal access — internal research, protocol SOPs, case studies, technical documentation
  • Lead routing — facility-side quote requests in your territory route directly to you

What You Bring

  • Customer relationships in your geography and your specialty verticals
  • Service capacity — install, training, ongoing support to your customer base
  • Inventory carrying appropriate for your customer mix (mobile units, tablets, accessories)
  • Local credibility — facility buyers want to buy from someone they know
  • Brand alignment — willingness to represent GEIA as a real protocol, not a fog-and-walk product
  • Commitment to growth in your territory over multiple seasons, not single-quarter wins
WHO TYPICALLY FITS

Distributor Profiles We Look For

Our strongest distributors come from a handful of recurring profiles. Yours may not be on this list — get in touch anyway.

Janitorial Supply Houses

Selling cleaning supplies and equipment into schools, healthcare, hospitality, and commercial accounts. GEIA expands your equipment category beyond wipe-down.

Biosecurity Specialists

Serving livestock, poultry, dairy, swine, or research-animal operations. GEIA dry misting fits naturally alongside biosecurity protocols.

Animal Care Suppliers

Selling into vet clinics, kennels, shelters, grooming, equine. GEIA's stay-in-room safety profile is a strong differentiator.

Cleaning Contractors

Adding GEIA as an upsell on existing contract scopes. Same crew, same route, premium-service revenue. See the Remediation page.

Healthcare GPO / Reps

Selling into IDNs, LTC operators, surgery centers, dental groups. GEIA fits between terminal-cleaning vendors and air-handling specialists.

Agricultural / Cultivation

Serving cannabis operators, greenhouses, food processors. GEIA pairs with IPM and HACCP programs as an environmental layer.

QUESTIONS

Common Questions From Prospective Distributors

Starter orders vary by your customer mix and territory. Most new distributors start with a mix of mobile equipment (ROGE units for trial work), AYRUS for premium-customer installs, and a tablet inventory. Specifics get worked out on the discovery call.

We work with one to a small number of distributors per region depending on vertical fit and territory size. We won't put a competing distributor in the same vertical in the same market without an honest conversation up front.

In most cases, yes. We're not asking you to drop your existing wipe-down, surface-disinfectant, or HVAC-side product lines — GEIA is a different category. The conversation we'd want to have is about how GEIA gets positioned to your customers versus other things you carry.

Half-day on-site training for your sales and service teams (we travel to you). Ongoing remote training via the Distributor Portal. Joint customer demos for your first 3–5 wins. We don't drop equipment on you and walk away.

You get access to industry-specific one-pagers, case sheets, customer-facing brochures, email templates, and demo scripts via the Distributor Portal. We coordinate joint trade-show presence in your territory where it makes sense. National-level brand and SEO work is handled by GEIA.

That's a fine conversation to have. There's no "all in or nothing" requirement. Most distributors start with a focused vertical or a single pilot account before broadening. Get on the discovery call and we'll figure out what makes sense for you.
